SCIENCE PROJECT

Hello dear students,

This is our Project for the week of Feb. 18th to 22nd.

OPEN SCIENCE PROJECT

There will be teams of 3 students in each classroom.

Guidelines:
1. Students will choose one of the topics given below.
2. There will be a Power Point Presentation, in which each student must memorize a part of the topic.
3. No reading will be allowed during the presentation.
4. The length of the presentation will be 4-5 min per team.
5. In the PPP there must be at least 10 slides of pictures or diagrams. No writing allowed.
6. Follow rules of presentations.

Topics.
1. The Kilauea Volcano in Hawaii
2. Is it possible to predict Earthquakes?
3. Tropical Paradise enacts a sunscreen ban.
4. Why are teeth not considered bones?
5. What was Snow Ball Earth?
6. Does Space smell?
7. Where is Galapagos? Are New Volcanoes there?
8. What is Genetic Modification?
9. What is happening with the Thwaites Glacier?
10. What is a Landslide? Vargas?
11. Is the Magnetic Field of the Earth moving very fast?
12. What are the different Ice Formation found on Earth?
