GRAMMAR COMPOSITION READING

Hi everybody!

I would like to take the time to congratulate you guys for your creativity, good spirit and good sense of humor shown in our activity "Songs in Real Life." You really did a good job (2B and 2nd C.) I'm sure 2nd A will also do an excellent job when doing this activity.
*Remember to bring your scripts.

2nd B & 2nd C: remember during next grammar class - OCTOBER IRREGULAR VERBS QUIZ.

NOTEBOOKS were collected to be graded. If you didn't hand it in, during grammar is your chance. Make sure you have all classwork activities done.

Composition HW: bring a one page biography of a famous historical character. If printing is difficult, copy it on your notebook.

Reading Workbook Lesson 1 and HW (letter) was requested this past week.

This week we will continue doing exercises about NOUNS.

CASTELLANO Y LITERATURA - Estructura narrativa de la novela "Los vecinos mueren en las novelas"

ESTRUCTURA NARRATIVA DE LA NOVELA " LOS VECINOS MUEREN EN LAS NOVELA S" Esta novela tiene una estructura de CAJAS CHINAS. ¿Qué es eso? Una caja dentro de otra. Tenemos primeramente una HISTORIA MARCO, que sería la caja grande y dentro de ella vamos a encontrar tres cajas más pequeñas que son tres historias que están dentro de la marco. En Los vecinos mueren en las novelas, la historia marco es, evidentemente, la mudanza de John al campo y su visita a su vecina Emma. Dentro de esa historia encontramos: 1.- Primera historia del tren. 2.- La historia de que John pretende plasmar en su próxima novela 3.- Segunda historia del tren, muy relacionada con la primera pero diferente a ésta en varios aspectos, como lo habrán notado. La historia marco, así como la primera del tren son de final abierto. Las otras dos, de final cerrado.
